Manager’s Corner
Greetings everyone.
First off, we would like to thank everyone that made our 20th anniversary such a memorable day. Many of you showed up the morning of St. Patrick’s Day for the Irish music and tossed a couple of lattes back-who needs Guinness? I have to admit I was worried that no one would dance at the party. Boy, was I wrong! It wasn’t long before almost everyone was twirling around the “dance floor.”
Onto more news: Farley’s has joined facebook! Check out our page, stay up to date with events, and become Jack Farley’s friend.
Many of you have commented in the last few weeks about the leaf pattern that sometimes appears in your drinks. It seems to appear out of nowhere, but there is a specific technique used to produce what is known as “latte art.” For those of you a little more curious or who even have a home machine and are looking to create the same effect at home, visit http://www.youtube.com and search for “latte art.”
The video’s and designs are endless! Just don’t come in the next day asking for a dragon in your latte, ok?
Lastly, thank you to those that have donated so many amazing records to our collection. Our vinyl collection has gone from just a few to an entire shelf filled with great tunes.
See you in the shop.
