Oakes will be showing images created from photographs taken at Carnaval San Francisco in May of 2007. His photographs are either very personal, up close portraiture, or slices of the urban environment. His montages are multi-layered, multi-faceted images created using Adobe Photoshop, putting different thoughts and concepts together into a single unified presentation. October promises to be an exciting month as we gear up for the Annual Pet Parade. Last year's event was hosted by a pink gorilla. Who knows what characters will appear at this year's parade!
We are also delighted to introduce a few products. Back from t fall, we are again offering the popular pumpkin chocolate-chip coffee cake – no you can't have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will also have pumpkin bread on the weekends through the season.
Last, but certainly not least, we will be offering a few new loose-leaf teas from locally owned Samovar Tea. Some of these will be organic and Fair Trade Certified….stay tuned.
They are back in stock…pick one up at the counter while supplies last – they're free!!!
