November 2, Tuesday: Election Day, in the spirit of the old “Daily Scoop”, bring in your voter receipt for a free cup of coffee (even if you vote for Bush).

November 11, Thursday: Veterans Day, Farley’s will be open holiday hours (6:00AM – 10:00PM).

November 18, Thursday: Cory Combs & Friends Monthly Concert – a unique chance to hear well-known Bay Area musicians in an intimate acoustic duo or trio setting. This month features B3 organ, drums, and bass. 7:00-9:00PM.

November 25, Thursday: Thanksgiving, Farley’s will be open 8:00AM-2:00PM.

November 30, Tuesday: Isabella’s Basement performs acoustic rock covers from AC/DC to ZZ Top, 8PM.

Robert Bassara
World traveler, artist, and ethno-musicologist, Robert Bassara displays photographs of people, pagodas & shrines from his many trips to Burma. The window boxes will showcase additional photos.

Staff News

Meet Gabriella: Our newest staff member, Gabriella, joins us from the Czech Republic. Gabriella is also an avid snowboarder, so feel free to ask her about the latest snow conditions in Tahoe.

Long-time staff member, Vanessa, has retired from Farley's and now can be found on the customer side of the counter pursuing her writing career full time. In addition, Vanessa is training for the Aids Marathon. Please donate to runner #4288 at www.aidsmarathon.com. Even a small donation really makes a difference!
